Ingredients:

– 500 grams Chicken Breast, boneless, cut into thin strips

– 1 Onion, thinly sliced

– 1 Capsicum (Bell Pepper), thinly sliced

– 2-3 Green Chilies, slit lengthwise

– 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

– 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

– 1 tbsp Chili Sauce

– 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

– 1 tbsp Vinegar

– 1 tsp Red Chili Powder (adjust to taste)

– 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

– 1 tbsp Corn Flour

– 1 Egg

– Salt to taste

– Cooking Oil for stir-frying

– Chopped Spring Onions for garnish

Instructions:

Marinating Chicken:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken strips with ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, red chili powder, black pepper powder, corn flour, egg, and salt to taste. Mix well and let it marinate for about 20-30 minutes.

Stir-frying Chicken and Vegetables:

1. Heat oil in a frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Once the oil is hot, add thinly sliced onions and slit green chilies. Sauté until onions turn translucent.

3. Add thinly sliced capsicum (bell pepper) to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender yet crisp.

4. Add marinated chicken strips to the pan. Stir-fry on high heat for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and slightly browned.

5. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and vinegar to the pan. Mix well to coat everything evenly.

6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables properly.

7. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
